Where Razorbacks Rank in Latest NBA Draft Projections

As you might expect with John Calipari taking over as the head coach at Arkansas, the Razorbacks are currently projected to produce as many NBA Draft picks as any team in the country.

There are no shortage of websites that rank NBA Draft prospects, and most eventually compile a Mock Draft or two at some point. Of course, opinions are a bit all over the place with most prospects still waiting to begin their collegiate seasons. No matter where you look, though, Arkansas is well-represented as eight different Razorbacks appear on at least one of the eight lists below from some of the top draft observers.

Again, there is not a ton of data out at the moment, so these lists will undergo countless modifications throughout the season, but this is where things stand on the general landscape as the season opener nears.

Interestingly enough, there is not a general consensus yet on who Arkansas’ top freshman prospect will be this season, which may surprise some Hog fans after the strong performance Boogie Fland put together in Arkansas’ exhibition win over Kansas. And the Razorbacks’ two most accomplished players (Johnell Davis and Jonas Aidoo) are seen as fringe draft prospects, if even considered at all by the top outlets.
