Arkansas-Mississippi State Midweek Injury Report

On Thursday, the SEC released its midweek injury report for the Arkansas-Mississippi State game ahead of Saturday’s matchup at Davis Wade Stadium.

Kickoff between the Razorbacks (4-3, 2-2 SEC) and the Bulldogs (1-6, 0-3 SEC) is set for 11:45 a.m. (CT) in Starkville (Miss.). The game will be broadcast nationally on SEC Network.

The league will release updated availability reports Friday evening as well as 90 minutes prior to Saturday’s kickoff. Here is a look at how things currently stand for both programs:

RB Ja’Quinden Jackson (OUT)
RB Rodney Hill (QUESTIONABLE)

NOTES: Pittman said on the weekly SEC Teleconference Wednesday morning that Jackson would likely be listed as doubtful and Hill probable. On Thursday, Jackson was officially ruled out. Earlier in the week, he noted that top cornerback Jaylon Braxton will remain unavailable until following Arkansas’ next bye week at the earliest.

NOTES: Mississippi State head coach Jeff Lebby announced during the Wednesday SEC Teleconference that standout freshman wide receiver Mario Craver would likely be unavailable to play against Arkansas. Listed as questionable, Craver has accounted for 16 receptions for 355 yards and three touchdowns in seven games for the Bulldogs.
