STAFF PREDICTIONS
JOHN NABORS: The Arkansas-Ole Miss game is always the drunkest “rivalry” game in all of college football. For decades this game has had major impacts on the SEC as well as the aging of respective fan bases. This particular game will be like the two hot chicks that are mud wrestling in bikinis. You’re enjoying yourself watching it in hopes something REALLY crazy happens, but when it’s over you just feel dirty & weird. Hogs lose a tough, low scoring affair that features a lot of fumbles, penalties, and a delay of some sort. 21-13, L
- Vandy +7.5 Auburn
- Florida +15 UGA
- Miss St -18 UMass
- Texas A&M -3 South Carolina
- Kentucky +17.5 Tennessee
ANDREW ELLIS: Ole Miss loves laying a bit of an egg against Arkansas, and the Rebels have looked a lot more beatable in SEC play. But this might be the best defense the Hogs have faced so far this season, so they’ll need to harness some of that offensive momentum gained against Mississippi State. Ultimately, I see a bit of a slugfest ensuing, and the Rebels will make enough plays to keep their playoff hopes alive. 24-20, L
- Vanderbilt +7.5 at Auburn
- Georgia -15 vs Florida
- Miss St -18 vs UMass
- Texas A&M -3 at South Carolina
- Kentucky +17.5 at Tennessee
CURTIS WILKERSON: This is a winnable game for Arkansas, no doubt, but for whatever reason I have not been able to get myself over the hump to believe it is going to happen. The Razorbacks went nuts offensively against the JV school from Mississippi, but can they do it against the varsity squad? And has Travis Williams found the answers to a suspect secondary from the last two weeks? I hope so… But I’m afraid the pattern continues of following a big win with a disappointing loss in SEC play. 31-21, L
- Vanderbilt +7.5 at Auburn
- Georgia -15 vs Florida
- UMass +18 at Mississippi State
- South Carolina +3 Texas A&M
- Tennessee -17.5 Kentucky
